How to behave in shared spaces

Be truthful

Write about holidays you actually took and places you actually went. Do not invent trips or post reviews on someone else's behalf.

Be decent

No harassment, hate speech, threats, or content targeting people based on race, ethnicity, nationality, religion, disability, sex, gender identity or sexual orientation. Criticise a hotel, not the person who checked you in.

Respect privacy

Do not post other people's personal information, and think before uploading photos in which other people are identifiable. Do not post photographs of someone who has asked you not to. If you are writing about a trip you took with other people, remember that your diary is also, in part, theirs.

Keep it legal

No content that infringes copyright, promotes illegal activity, or advertises goods and services you have a commercial interest in without disclosure.

Reporting

If you see something that breaks these guidelines, report it from the review or profile in question, or email support@thetravelogueapp.com. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts.
