Terms of Service

The agreement between you and Travelogue

Last updated 17 August 2026

Accepting these terms

By using Travelogue you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the app.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account and for keeping your device secure. You must be at least 13 years old to use Travelogue, and we ask for your date of birth at sign-up to check. Give accurate information when you sign up, and keep it up to date.

Your content stays yours

You keep ownership of everything you write and upload. By marking a review Public or Friends, you give us permission to display it to those people inside the app — nothing more. We do not claim any right to sell, sublicense or publish your content elsewhere.

What you may not do

Do not upload content you have no right to share, impersonate anyone, harass other users, scrape the app, attempt to break its security, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

Reviews should be honest

Write about holidays you actually took. Do not post paid or incentivised reviews without disclosing them, and do not post reviews designed to unfairly damage a business.

Availability

Travelogue is provided as-is. This is a prototype build: features may change or break, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted service or that your data will never be lost. Keep your own backup of anything irreplaceable — Settings has an export.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using Travelogue and delete your account at any time. We may end the agreement if you seriously or repeatedly breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales.
